When you initially contact Crutch Brothers, our friendly staff will take details of your requirements and these are then passed to our surveyor so that a suitable date can be arranged for a survey.

Our BAR qualified Surveyor will visit your home and assess the volume of your move, packing hours required and any access difficulties or special requirements in order that the correct vehicles and number of staff are utilised on your move.

Nothing is worse on removal day if the company you have booked have an undersized van or crew, leaving you still moving out and the new owners waiting to move in!
